  1. Using a large, heavy knife, halve the fruit lengthwise from bottom to top, including the leafy crown. Take off carefully the flesh so that not to ruin the rind. Slice out the hard core and dice the flesh. attend to take the juice and put it in a salad bowl with pineapple's dices.

2 peel the mango and cut the flesh into slices . Peel the orange and cut it into slices. Peel both kiwis and the banana and cut them into slices as well. As you wash and take the grapes off, put the all the prepared fruits into the salad bowl. Open the passion fruits and take off the hart from the shell with a teaspoon. Add theses fruits ti the salad bowl with the vanilla and the lemon juice.

3 Mix delicately and and split the fruit salad between both pineapples's halves. refrigerate before serving. You can add, sugar or rhum according to your taste.

it's pointless saying that all fruits are convenient for this kind of recipe. Another mix, very delicious, can be tried : strawberries, melon, currants and oranges.
